i think it wouldn't be too bad of an idea to reduce it's shield recharge delays to the same as the caldari assault's if not better. why? because the MINMATAR ASSAULT IS MORE HIGH SLOT HEAVY THAN THE CALDARI ASSAULT. this is the only case in this...
